Provides housing in coordination with the provision of health and other family services pursuant to the Farmworker Family Wellness Program (for the March 5, 2002, primary election).

Requires the owner of a residential dwelling unit or the owners agent who has applied to a public agency for a permit to demolish that dwelling unit to give written notice of that fact to a current tenant, and to any prospective tenant prior to the entering into or initiating a rental agreement. Violation of this provision makes the violator liable for actual damages and a civil penalty not to exceed $2,500.

Specifically prohibits (1) the imposition of a marketing assessment or fee exceeding the association's actual cost; and (2) any exclusive relationship with a realtor through which the sale or marketing of interests in the development is required to occur.
